Secure your 360 video or photo booth by checking date availability and placing a $200 deposit to lock in your date. We reserve your date exclusively for premium service.
Sign Agreement
Electronically sign our straightforward service agreement. Review and finalize all details online to ensure clear expectations and seamless execution.
Themes & Design
Collaborate with our creative team on custom overlay graphics, personalized print borders, branding, and share venue access & setup details.
Final Payment
Conveniently settle your remaining balance 1 week prior to the event. We ensure all administrative preparations are complete for a worry-free celebration.
Event Day Magic
Our professional team arrives 2 hours early for setup (bump-in). Sit back and celebrate as our dedicated attendant guides guests and captures high-energy memories.

Captured Moments Co offers luxury 360 video booth hire, open-air photo booths, and vintage telephone audio guest books across Central Coast NSW, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley. No travel fees apply for any venue located on the Central Coast NSW!
Our 360 Video Booth packages start from $980 (2 hours), $1,440 (3 hours), and $1,880 (4 hours), including red carpet, black bollards with red rope, smoke machine (where venue permits), lighting, attendant, and props. Premium Photo Booth hire starts from $600 for 3 hours digital ($700 with prints) and $800 for 4 hours digital ($900 with prints). Every booth booking also includes a FREE Audio Guestbook for your entire event!
We do not charge any travel fees for events located anywhere within the Central Coast NSW area! For events outside the Central Coast (such as Newcastle or the Hunter Valley region), a flat $100 travel fee applies.
Yes! We love putting together combo packages with both the 360 Video Booth and Premium Photo Booth. Once you have a date, venue, and running hours in mind, get in touch and we will put together a tailored combo package.
Every 360 video booth rental includes an illuminated LED platform, 360 rotating camera arm, studio lighting, custom video overlays, instant QR code AirDrop sharing, red carpet setup with black bollards and red rope, smoke machine (where venue permits), fun props, and a dedicated attendant.
Guests pick up a vintage rotary telephone, hear your pre-recorded greeting, and leave heartfelt voice messages after the tone. All recordings are cleaned up in post-production and delivered as a digital audio gallery.
